Consignment Sheet and Condition Report Information

When you arrive with all of your art in tow, you will be asked to take your art out of its box and the receiving Host Club member will look at the art to make sure that all rules are followed with respect to the art and that there is no damage to the pieces.

If there is any damage, it will be noted on the Condition Report, so that there is a record of this that will accompany the art piece to the shows, or the damaged is fixed at the venue before entry into the show.

After the art piece is accepted, you will sign and date your art pieces on the Consignment sheets, as well as any pieces you have brought for fellow artists to the show.  The art pieces are then placed in its Category and Talent Level for preparedness of the Jurying Process.
